OTE DANCE STUDIO'S 2025 SPRING RECITAL INFORMATION

SPRING RECITAL PERFORMANCE  | SATURDAY, MAY 31
TWO SHOWS (exact time TBD between 12PM-6PM) 
El Segundo Performing Arts Center (El Segundo High School)
640 Main Street, El Segundo  CA 90245

DRESS REHEARSAL: TBD 
Date and Location TBD (OTE Dance Studio or at the theater)
(We may have two seperate rehearsals for various age groups so that all dancers can rehearse on the stage. We are working with the theater around their availability. We will have more information about the dress rehearsal soon.)

 

PAYMENT & FEES

• Recital fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file during the week of March 10th. 
• Payment plans are available for dancers enrolled in two or more classes per week

  • To set up a payment plan, please email info@otedance.com
    • All fees are non-refundable
    • Costumes cannot be returned
    • Costumes will be distributed only after recital fees are paid in full

     

Performance Fee: $35 (per dancer/family)

  • This fee contributes towards covering the theater rental, production staff expenses, and additional insurance.
     

First Class Costume: $65
(this fee does not include shoes, tights and accessories)

 

Additional Costumes: $55 PER CLASS  

TOTAL FEES

1 Class/week: $100  
2 Classes/week: $155 
3 Classes/week: $210 
4 Classes/week: $265 
5 Classes/week: $320

 

Dancer Participation
• All dancers enrolled in Spring Semester classes are automatically included in end-of-the-year Spring Recital. 
• Students MUST BE enrolled in Spring Semester to participate in the Spring Recital. Dancers doing drop-in classes will be required to register for the full semester to take part in the performance. 

• If your dancer cannot participate, you must opt out using the link below. 
• Dancers who choose not to participate in the recital are encouraged to continue their regular classes. We will need to notify teachers for choreography and staging purposes.


Dancers must OPT OUT the performance BEFORE MARCH 9

Participants are required to:

  • Attend regular classes

  • Learn any missed choreography independently

  • Excessive absences may result in limited participation or removal from portions of the performance at the teacher's discretion

  • Costume Information

  • All participating dancers must submit their costume sizes

  • We will be sending a follow-up email that will include costume information or you can fill out the information below.


Show Tickets

• Tickets will be available for purchase in late Spring
• Pricing: $20-$30 per ticket
• All audience members require a ticket
• Performing dancers do not need a ticket for their show
